REVIEW OF CONSCIOUS FILM FESTIVAL
most of us think that water is fairly simple
and that it leads a fairly simple existence - like this example
but most of us are apparently - wrong
in a world premiere of the movie the consciousness of water
to kick off the conscious film festival held last night at
the camelot theaters in downtown palm springs
the movie explains in fairly copious details that, in fact
water is pretty smart and even has a great memory too
it 'remembers' everywhere it's been and with whom
in exhaustive experiments people talked sweet to water
and the water became sweet
and then they talked dirty to water and the water became
dirty (love that dirty water)
it's still the same ol' H2O, but researchers have found
that water has over 440 different structural levels
and that water is changing all the time, and much more
so if the planet is made up of maybe 75% water
and we are maybe 70% water and my brain is 80% water
this new discovery could change everything, so from
now on... good vibes people, the water is listening...
"Water has a very important message for us. Water is telling us to take a much deeper look at our selves.
When we do look at our selves through the mirror of water, the message becomes amazingly, crystal, clear.
We know that human life is directly connected to the quality of our water, both within and all around us."

and that was just the beginning of the evening
peter mcgugan began the evening with an introduction
to the film and spoke briefly on the consciousness of being
- basically, we are human 'beings' not 'human doings'
so - start being, be in the moment - learn from 4 year olds
other movies in the festival included a very nicely done piece
entitled sacred economies (see it by clicking on the right)
also - keeping with the theme of helping and not hurting
the greenhouse project showed substance living and
urban farming techniques in south africa...
the people's grocery was the story of the citizens of
west oakland, california pitching in together to feed and
take care of the less fortunate members of their community
and the last screening of the evening was a short film
showing the various cultural ways they 'keep their brothers'
in a small african village, - all for one and one for all
basically
in a message to the world, vusamazulu credo mutwa
calls on all human beings to awaken the mother mind
- that part of human consciousness that feels what is
happening in the world (and do the right thing)
